Gentlemen Start Your…Bathtubs!

It’s that time of year again…time for the 27th Annual Berlin Bathtub Races! You can catch all the action tomorrow in historic Downtown Berlin, beginning at 6 p.m.

This family fun event has become beloved tradition for visitors and locals alike! Be on hand as the “Bathrobe Gents” lead racers down Main Street to the starting line. The festivities are free to the public & lawn chairs are recommended for seating. If you want to be there to cheer on your favorite racers, be sure and get their early – space is very limited. No pedestrians are allowed in the racing area.

Free public parking is available around town at William and Pitts streets, Commerce Street behind Victorian Charm, the Post Office parking lot on Broad Street, the St. Paul’s Episcopal Church parking lot on Church and Bay Street, the public lot on Main Street across from the Visitor’s Center, the public lot on West Street, and handicapped parking will available off Pitts Street behind The Beez Kneez Boutique.
