This slow cooker mac and cheese is super easy and, with the help of a slow cooker liner, extremely easy to clean up.

Our slow cooker mac and cheese is the perfect dish for any pot luck or football party. If your slow cooker is large enough, you can easily double this recipe for enough mac and cheese for a small army.

Ingredients:

1 box (16 oz.) of pasta – preferably shells or elbow macaroni
1 bag (8 oz.) of shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag (8 oz.) of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can (10.75 oz.) condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 stick of salted butter
2 cups of milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 slow cooker liner

Preparation:

Boil a pot of water on the stove and cook the pasta for half of the time recommended on the box.

Place your slow cooker liner in your slow cooker (these are seriously the best invention ever).

Place all the other ingredients in the slow cooker and stir together.

Cook on high for 2 hours, checking ocassionally and adding milk as necessary to reach your desired level of creaminess.
