SUMMARY:Lower Shore Land Trust Hosts River Rally
DESCRIPTION:Come out for a morning devoted to the Pocomoke River in Snow Hill. Experience a morning meditation\, take part in SUP Yoga on the river\, take a kayak tour or pontoon boat tour around Goat Island\, and enjoy summer blooms and butterflies at the Land Trust’s native pollinator garden. Other activities for all ages include a water safety class\, local goat milking demonstration and nature art for children and adults. Learn about the Pocomoke River watershed and the new interpretive exhibits in the Conservation and Heritage Center as we honor our volunteers for their many contributions throughout the year. We will provide options for renting kayaks and paddle boards if you do not bring your own.
