Introduction to yoga through stories, song, dance and games for children ages 2 – 5 years. In this class, itty bitty yogis will learn the basics or “well known” yoga poses such as lotus, mountain pose, rag doll, downward dog and many more.
This is a 45 minute class held weekly beginning on October 3 – 31.
