The fermentation class will include lacto-fermenting demonstrations and recipes for fermented: mayonnaise, baked oatmeal, ketchup, and kombucha. There will be comparison of simple fermentation versus lacto-fermentation. Participants will learn to produce their own whey without making cheese.
