As a beach known for both family-oriented fun and an exhilarating nightlife, Ocean City is filled with bars, pubs, sandwich shops and pizza places. Crabcake Factory

Lobster Tail Benedict, Surf and Turf Benedict, and the “Original” Crab Lumps Benedict are all calling your name! Stop in for a creative seafood breakfast with a famous Bloody Mary! The Original Crabcake Factory on 120th St. oceanside is open 8am on the weekends, 11am Monday-Friday.

General’s Kitchen

For 45 years, General’s Kitchen has been serving Ocean City, and just recently moved to a larger location on 66th St. in town. Priding themselves for making all of their food from scratch, they “strive to deliver the best in food, drink and service to every guest, every time,” and it shows in customer satisfaction. With plenty of parking and free WiFi, General’s Kitchen has delicious specials for breakfast and lunch that you won’t want to miss. They have something for everyone; even a Weight Watcher’s Tuna Salad!

Barn 34

Open at 7am daily, Barn 34 holds the Coastal Style Magazine “Best Breakfast Of” both 2014 and 2015. With creative menu items named “Skinny Dude,” “Tree Hugger,” and “The Hangover,” you can’t pass up a trip to Barn 34 before getting a start to your day at the beach.

Bayside Skillet

Open year-round, locals and vacationers know Bayside Skillet for their overstuffed omelets, freshly squeezed juices and mimosas, and homemade Bloody Mary’s. You’ll find waterfront dining, a pet-friendly outdoor bayfront deck, and a full service bar that will draw you back after your first visit. Not to mention, they have fresh fruit grown both locally and around the world.

Layton’s Family Restaurant

As the name implies, Layton’s is your go-to family-oriented restaurant stop in town. You’ll find delicious, hot donuts fresh out of the oven on 16th St.

Coach’s Corner Diner

Settled into their new location on 74th St. underneath the Beachmark Motel, Coach’s Corner offers special deals from 6-7am along with friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere, and ideal breakfast options.

Malia’s Cafe

Open at 7am daily, Malia’s offers indoor and outdoor seating as well as carry out options. It’s rumored that when they’re busy, they pass out free miniature muffins to customers. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so if you’re looking for a delicious but healthy meal, Malia’s is where to go.

The Little House of Pancakes, Ribs and Pizza

Located on 74th St., they serve 20 different types of pancakes year round. The term “Pigs in a Blanket” (their sausage links wrapped in hot cakes) will never mean the same to you after a visit to The Little House of Pancakes. If you have a sweet tooth, try their assorted candy pancakes. They have M&Ms, Reeses, Snickers, and Oreo Cookies & Cream!

Fractured Prune Doughnuts

If you’re not looking for a sit-down breakfast stop, head into Fractured Prune for some unique, delicious donuts made from scratch right before your eyes. It doesn’t matter which part of town you’re staying in, there are five locations up and down Coastal Highway!
