The Worcester County Arts Council is a non-profit organization, funded in part through grants from the Maryland State Arts Council and contributions from our membership of approximately 300. The Arts Council Gallery in Berlin houses a motley collection of artwork by local artists. The display, contained in eleven exhibits, includes paintings, photography, ceramic and glass sculpture, handcrafted jewelry, fiber art, and various mixed media.
The Worcester County Arts County is proud of the partnership with the Worcester County Library Foundation and pleased to expand exhibiting opportunities to many community artists to be featured at the Berlin Library Gallery. In addition to the Gallery, located on the second floor of the state-of-the-art 12,000 square foot building, the new library includes an expanded children’s and teens areas, large community meeting and performance room.
