Lighting the Christmas tree, in terms of a holiday tradition, is as old as they come. The pure magic that happens when you flip that light switch for the very first time. To see the happiness on the faces of spectators, large crowds and small crowds, old and young. For that one small moment, everyone is connected in the annual kick-off to the holiday season.
