The Salisbury Neighborhood Housing Services (NHS) will be conducting a Homebuyers Education Workshop on February 29, 2020, at the Ocean Pines Library in Worcester County, Maryland.
The Salisbury Neighborhood Housing Services HUD-certified class includes presentations by Salisbury Neighborhood Housing Service Inc. staff and local experts in the home buying process on topics such as:
- Knowing what you can afford
- How to get Pre-Approved for a loan
- Finding a real estate agent
- What is a home inspection?
A light breakfast and lunch will be provided. Each attendee will receive a certificate required for first-time homebuyer loan products.
