Buttercream Frosting
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 8 cups Confectioners’ Sugar
- 1 1/2 t Vanilla
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Robin recommends using salted butter, as it cuts the sweetness of the confectioners’ sugar.
