Candied Brussel Sprouts



  • 1 lb. Brussel Sprouts (root removed and halved)
  • 4T unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup honey

Cook Brussels in salted boiling water (taste like the ocean) until tender. Shock in ice water, pull out as soon as chilled and place on rack to drain. Place Brussels on metal tray, add butter cut into small pieces, honey, salt & pepper. Roast for 7 minutes at 400F.
