3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 cups quartered strawberries
1 bag (10 oz.) Italian-blend salad greens (about 6 cups)
4 tsp. toasted pine nuts
1. Combine first six ingredients and stir well with a whisk.
2. Combine strawberries and greens.
3. Add vinegar mixture; toss to coat.
4. Sprinkle with nuts.
