Rehoboth Beach, DE – The Rehoboth Beach Museum will host a second tea party for fans of the PBS series Downton Abbey on Sunday, March 1 from 3 p.m. until 4:30.

Costumed characters will again greet guests and lead discussions and quizzes about the latest developments in the popular television show. Traditional tea party food will be served with a change in menu from the last tea party to include scones and new varieties of tea sandwiches. Those who attended the first tea are encouraged to return, while newcomers are more than welcome. Participants are again asked to bring their own tea cup and saucer as well as family photos from the 1920’s and 1930’s along with a story about the people in the photos to share.

Please call (302) 227-7310 to make a reservation as the museum’s downstairs staff has now departed for jobs in town and the ladies of the Abbey must now serve the tea. The museum is located at 511 Rehoboth Avenue. The Museum is handicap accessible and memberships in the Rehoboth Beach Historical Society are available. Please visit the Society website at www.rehobothbeachmuseum.org.
