We were thrilled a few weeks ago when we heard about plans for an Oyster Week at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay in Cambridge. The week-long event was slated to feature a number of oyster-focused activities, from three cookouts to children’s educational adventures. We figured it was the perfect opportunity to head to Cambridge for a few hours to enjoy the events, but also to take walk around the resort, which boasts a unique and extraordinary Eastern Shore experience with a golf course, spa, marina and gorgeous accommodations, all on the 400-acre property in Cambridge, Maryland.
