Jolly Roger Amusement Park will always hold a special place in the hearts of the Shorebread staff. We don’t care if we’re adults now, you’re never too old for some good, old-fashioned amusements. And, let’s not forget the plethora of water attractions from which to choose (perfect for this heat wave we’re currently experiencing!).
Make sure to visit Jolly Roger Amusement Park this Sunday, July 31st from 11 AM to 2 PM where Jolly Roger’s team of Pokémon Trainers will be dropping lures throughout the park for guests to capitalize on. Jolly Roger Amusement Park houses twelve PokéStops and a gym; making it the perfect location for any Pokémon enthusiast to catch their fill of creatures. Catch a Krabby or Horsea over by the Wave Pool in Splash Mountain, snag a Meowth by the Wild Cat, or capture a Sandshrew in the parking lot.
Jolly Roger Amusement Parks is home to four amusement parks in Ocean City, MD: Speedworld, Splash Mountain, Jolly Roger at the Pier, and Jolly Roger at 30th Street. Jolly Roger at 30th Street also includes two mini golf courses: Jungle Golf and Treasure Golf. Jolly Roger Amusement Park has been an Ocean City staple since its inception in 1964. The park started over fifty years ago with only ten rides. Today, Jolly Roger Amusement Park is comprised of 35 acres of family fun.
While you’re there, make sure to take a stroll around the 35 acre park to hatch your eggs. We bet after spending a whole day walking through the park, you could even hatch a 10.0 km egg!
