Apricot Glaze

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can apricot preserves
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 2 cups horseradish
  • salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in a small, warm pan. Reduce and blend. Remove from heat. Delicious when paired with pork shops.
