- 1/4 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 2 teaspoons ground flaxseed
- 1 bananas (frozen ripe, sliced)
- 2 cups fresh blueberries (or frozen)
- 3/4 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cups plain greek yogurt (fat free)
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- Add everything to a blender and process until smooth.
- Divide between two tall glasses and enjoy!
