Peanut Butter & Honey Breakfast Balls
- 1 c. peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
- 2 c. oatmeal, uncooked
- 2/3 c. honey (preferable local)
- 1 c. flax seed
- Mini chocolate chips
- Chopped walnuts
Mix the first four ingredients together in a bowl. Store flax seed in refrigerator so they last longer. Roll into small balls and roll in the chocolate chips and walnuts if you’d wish. Chocolate chips and walnuts are optional. Refrigerate to firm up and until ready to eat. That’s it!
