Ingredients

  • 1/4 cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 bananas (frozen ripe, sliced)
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries (or frozen)
  • 3/4 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cups plain greek yogurt (fat free)
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Add everything to a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Divide between two tall glasses and enjoy!
