I have seen this scenario play out time and time again! A golfer is going through a rough time in his or her life, whether it’s at work or at home, and to make matter worse; their golf game is a disaster as well. The poster boy for this just happens to be the greatest golfer in the world; Tiger Woods.

We all know how mentally tough he has been throughout his career but even Tiger Woods couldn’t beat his demons. Trying to play good golf, when your mind is somewhere else, is just about impossible. People can talk about Tiger’s new swing and how he hasn’t mastered it yet, or how he hasn’t been healthy the last few years but I say all he needs is a clear head and he will start playing great golf again.

My prediction is that this will be a great year for Tiger Woods. He looks like a man that has moved forward from a self-inflicted personal disaster versus the one we saw the past few years that seemed to be carrying the weight of the world on his shoulders!

The bad news for those of you going through a tough time is that there is not really a quick solution.

The good news is, as the saying goes, time heals all wounds and at some point you will have a clear head and start playing great golf again so hang in there!
