Is your skin looking a little ghostly and dull? When you wake up and look in the mirror do you want to say Boo, because you woke up and your face forgot to?
No worries! That youthful glow is still there, it’s just hiding under a pile of dead skin cells. You can renew and regenerate your skin easily by taking that build up of skin instantly away with pumpkin. Yes, pumpkin! So save those shavings of this wonder fruit while carving your pumpkins this Halloween.
Pumpkin is not only good for environmentally damaged skin, but sensitive and acne type conditions as well. It’s loaded with vitamins, minerals, enzymes and acids.
Vitamin C helps to stimulate collagen. Vitamin A is great for repairing, while Zinc soothes and moisturizes. It’s high in alpha hydroxy acids and salicylic acid for renewing and helps with clogged pores and acne.
