After much anticipation, the FIFA World Cup 2014 has finally arrived! Soccer – or football to everyone else- may not be the number one sport in America but in the rest of the world, it’s practically a way of life. This year’s World Cup is held in Brazil, which is arguably the football capital of the world. Seriously, Brazilians LOVE their football. While we couldn’t snag tickets to the big event in Sao Paulo, we are excited to congregate in our favorite local watering holes to watch the exciting matches unfold over the next month. While it’s easy enough to post up on the couch at home for the excitement, there’s just something about the World Cup that calls for crowds and camaraderie.
