The Rehoboth Sea Witch Festival celebrated its 25th year this past weekend, and with the weather bordering on perfection, we couldn’t resist spending our entire Saturday enjoying the festivities and exploring Rehoboth. The highlight of the day was the costume parade, which took place along Rehoboth Avenue. We knew there would be a crowd but boy was there a crowd! We tried to weasel our way to the front (with everyone else) for the best photo-op, arriving just in time to see the Sea Witch float past:
