We loved this class because it gives you a reason to dance like no one’s watching! We learned very quickly that Zumba at West OC Fitness was definitely a great form of cardio and even muscle strengthening.
As little rhythm as we had, it didn’t even seem like a fitness class – it felt like a party! Permanent joy and happiness filled our soul the entire time! The energy from the instructor and peers made it enjoyable because you could tell everyone was having a blast. The most important factor is, nobody in the class is judging your dance skills! They are all there for the same reason you are: to get fit and to have fun while doing it.
If dancing sounds a little scary, do not worry! The instructor dances along with you so you don’t get confused on the steps or moves. If you’re wondering what Zumba’s benefits are, you could definitely say it’s a fat burner! Not only is it good for your heart, but it’s a full body workout. People from all ages attend so don’t feel like you’re not capable of attending this class.
