It’s that time of year again! The Salisbury Elks Lodge will hold United Way’s 3rd annual Christmas in July Pool Party on Friday, July 20th! This pool party full of food, fun, and festivities has become the Elks Lodge signature summer event.
The event is 5:30-8pm; Admission is $10 at the door.
The Tiki Bar will have ice cold beer, fresh crushed and holiday-themed cocktails to celebrate this July holiday. There will even be holiday-themed cornhole to tie together the festive season and a summer lawn game. Along with food and games, there will also be two gift card tree raffles. Festive clothing is welcomed and encouraged at this event run by United Way’s Emerging Leaders! Make sure to bring cash – no cards or other forms of payment will be accepted for food or drinks.
This annual event is also a great opportunity for networking. Bring your business cards for prize drawings.
To adhere to the giving spirit of the holiday, all proceeds will go toward Christmas gifts for the local youth during the upcoming 2018 holiday season.
Last year, United Way provided and delivered hundreds of gifts to 57 local kids to make their Christmas mornings a little brighter. This year, the goal is to raise $2,000 for the Christmas 2018. United Way needs your help and donations to do so!
There’s no better time for us to get a head start on raising money for the holidays than poolside with some Christmas music, holiday cocktails and festive spirit of Christmas in July!
