The Bona Style: All About Chevron

Occasionally a pattern come along that I become obsessed with. This season, for me it's all about chevron! I can't get enough of this trend, and not only do I love it in women's fashion, but I love it in home fashion as well.

When decorating your home, you can take the same approach that you would when shopping to update your wardrobe. You want to take one signature statement piece and work your other home accessories around that statement piece.

For home decorating, you can take two approaches; one approach would be buying everything all at once, or you can do what I do and build your home look over time.

The most important thing to remember is that you want to pick pieces that are meaningful to you so that you want to keep them for a long period of time.

I love the chevron pattern because it can work in a modern home or a beach house depending on your taste and how you choose to decorate it. I really love it when used unexpectedly, like in a baby's room, or used as a design on an accent wall.
