We take the trash out of our homes daily, and know that we must clean our clothes, vacuum our floors, wash our dishes, and eliminate dirt from our lives.  But what about removing the excess waste from our bodies?

If you feel sluggish or bloated after a meal you may have a digestion problem. It takes your body about 48 hours to digest a steak.  If you eat red meat on a regular basis, your body is constantly working overtime just to digest; it’s bound to fall a little short.

If you eat dairy on a daily basis, you can easily become constipated.  If the excess waste is not eliminated within a certain matter of time, it will actually make your skin break out. If you think that’s disgusting, wrap your mind around the fact that the gum you swallowed when you were a kid might still be stuck in your body!

It’s been proven that a diet high in animal fat, processed foods, and insufficient fiber makes the body respond by forming a mucous layer in your intestines. This can lead to sinus problems, colitis, crohn’s disease and other serious health issues. By removing old fecal matter, you increase your energy levels, improve your mood and better your quality of life all around.

For those of us who do not produce enough enzymes in our bodies, it is very difficult to break down proteins, lipids and carbohydrates.

Tips for Aiding Digestion:

Keep your kitchen stocked with whole grains, legumes, nuts, fruits and vegetables. Yogurt that has live or active on the label (no sugar) and oatmeal are also a great way to “loosen you up.”

Amazon Herbs has raw organic products that will give you the sense of relief and optimal energy you need. Fiberzon is a blend of fibers, botanicals and organic herbs from the rainforest that is recognized for detoxifying, cleansing and energizing.

Digestazon is another organic supplement you may want to try. Aiding digestion with this supplement will not only make you fell better, it promotes clearer skin, a flatter stomach, and weight loss–fantastic added bonuses!
